While working out his back muscles with Iain Valliere, they do a lot of different reps, and Valliere acts as his stand-in coach, and this might make fans nostalgic about their past. Iain Valliere recently retired from competitive bodybuilding and was Bumstead’s coach. He is venturing into new avenues and cutting his physique now.

Chris Bumstead was working out with Valliere in his new gym, and they went over Bumstead’s conditioning and muscle formation as there are only 30 days left for the much-awaited competition. While doing his bicep pull-ups and checking his muscle striations in the mirror, CBum contemplated something. Valliere mentioned the Men’s Physique weight cutoffs, which sparked Bumstead’s interest, and he says, “Men’s Physique weight cutoffs, are what my weight cutoff were last year.” The cutoff in 2022 for height 6’1” was 234 lbs.
