Similar to other bodybuilding veterans, even legend, Frank Zane now adds to the domain by enlightening the community with great tips on fitness. Years after retirement, Zane routinely takes to his official self-titled website, delicately curating and publishing information-laden blogs. Earlier this month, he posted a piece on the development of lats and pecs while aging.?

Zane mindfully pointed out that as athletes get older, it doesn?t really matter how much intensity one can bench press. In fact, building massive pecs is not a good idea even in the initial stages of bodybuilding, per him. The 80-year-old justified his claims with appropriate scientific reasoning, the intellect that he is. And it?s hard not to disagree!?

He revealed an interesting fact about why he chose to strictly go with the exercises on a regular basis. ?It?s because I do not want to develop man b**bs,? he admitted while sharing that many of his contemporaries are suffering from the condition, and it?s not pleasurable.?
