After earning mainstream fame through the American Gladiator TV show, the bodybuilding icon is an inspiration for many on the internet. However, with praise came scrutiny. While O’Hearn earned a legion of fans, many criticized the former powerlifter as a fake natural bodybuilder.

The bodybuilding community has exposed many fake naturals over the years. Liver King became the latest among the long list of fake natty the internet exposed. However, Mike O’Hearn seems like the only person who continues to successfully dodge the internet’s scrutiny. In fact, the 54-year-old fends off even those who walk to him ask if he is on steroids.

Kenny KO confronts Mike O’Hearn

While the four-time Natural Mr. Universe winner has never admitted to taking steroids, the 54-year-old bodybuilder has recently spoken about HRT and TRT. O’Hearn has even talked about companies that promote the treatment. Doctors prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy or TRT to patients who have abnormally low testosterone levels for their age.?

Earlier, influencer Kenny KO confronted Mike O’Hearn about TRT and asked if the 54-year-old was on the treatment. However, the bodybuilder masterfully navigated the conversation. Instead of providing a clear answer, O’Hearn trapped Kenny KO in technicalities. “It is wrong that a natty guy is promoting a company that does HRT, to you and your viewers?”?

O’Hearn asked the YouTuber. While Kenny KO said it would be ok if the person promoting HRT or TRT came clean about his use. However, saying he would release his bloodwork soon, O’Hearn yet again deflected the question. Bodybuilding fans voiced their frustration in the comments.

Bodybuilding fans want the truth

The bodybuilding fans seemed puzzled listening to the conversation between the two influencers. While Kenny KO wanted a clear answer, O’Hearn didn’t have one. “Never seen one person say so much but yet says nothing at all,” wrote a fan. One fan found it funny how Mike O’Hearn always manages to argue otherwise. “Just when you think you got him, sucks yah right in and is gone again,”?the fan stated.

Others made similar comments.?“Mike always makes a simple question more difficult. It?s a true sign that someone isn?t honest,”?wrote one fan.?“Why won?t he just admit he?s on gear it?s so obvious Stevie wonder can see it,”?said another fan.?“Mikes verbal gymnastics are next level,” commented another fan.

While Mike O’Hearn fends off every question about steroid use, it seems an increasing number of people are convinced he isn’t natural.?
