In the Arnold’s Pump Club newsletter published on 25th August, the Austrian Oak counseled a user on his exercise progress. Michael was worried about his lack of headway in the gym training program. He asked, “Is it normal /common/ or at least something everyone experiences in some way to suck at one specific exercise while being able to do all the other?” Further, the worried “village” member informed Arnie of his struggle with chin-ups. 

On reading the question, one word stood out to the insightful bodybuilder. He said,” Why the hell are you saying you suck?” Additionally, the Fubar actor appreciated Michael for moving from one to five chin-ups. The bodybuilding juggernaut highlighted that even incremental improvements are also worth celebrating. The suggestions underscore the importance of not underestimating oneself, as it can hinder efforts.
