The Quadstomp reveals the right way to train your abs

As the summer season is just around the corner, many have shifted their focus to working on their abs. To train your abs to perfection, the four-time Mr. Olympia says “We can work with the ropes, we can work with setups, anything particular to help build the abs.”

The former Arnold Classic Champion emphasized giving attention to your repetition. He highlighted, “I’ve always talked about my eight to 12 repetition range, but for abs, I’m going to suggest 15 to 20 because we want to just tighten up the core. I prefer to do abs every other day.” He concluded by highlighting that you would get better results if you train your abs at least three times a week.
