Greg Doucette has always shared his doubts on anything and everything related to fitness. He does not like sugarcoating anything and always makes people aware of what is right and wrong whenever they have questions about fitness. This time Doucette talked about four-time Mr Olympia winner Jeremy Buendia who is not a stranger to anabolic drugs and never hides anything about his steroid cycle.
Doucette explains the cycle of PCT
The first thing the bodybuilding and IFBB Pro coach points out is that the athlete and bodybuilding champion is honest about his steroid usage and also declared that he is not a doctor or an expert so if anyone wants to know anything about this they should first go to an expert. He also said to do your research.

Buendia said he is taking HCG and enclomiphene citrate. PCT is for testosterone and according to Doucette HCG helps in increasing the size of the male genitals to make it look fuller. However, Doucette does not think it is needed. He said, “Why are you wasting money taking HCG throughout your cycle? I don’t do it, I’ve never done it. I don’t believe it’s important.”
What the pro coach likes to do is to start taking HCG towards the end of his cycle and also advise that people can do the same and then slowly taper off the HCG after the completion of the cycle. In the meantime, fitness enthusiasts can add in Enclomiphene if they do not have perhaps, you don’t have access to that you’re taking Clomid.

Buendia had come into the bodybuilding scene after a long hiatus of five years. However, he is still jacked, chiseled and in full form to win more competitions. The men’s physique winner came back to bodybuilding after 5 years and, in September 2022, he posted a video on his official YouTube channel and announced his comeback to competitive bodybuilding. In the video, he said, “I took a lot of time off. I am ready mentally and physically I’m ready to get after it.”
During his comeback in Mr Olympia 2023, he was placed eighth out of 46 contenders and this showed the fact that he still has his power left in him. He might win Mr Olympia 2024 if he is consistent and has the shredded muscles that he has right now.
