Kali Muscle, a 48-year-old former bodybuilder, has once again grabbed the attention of fitness enthusiasts with his unique and somewhat controversial diet plans. Days after completing an 11-day only-pineapple diet, he has now announced his new challenge, an only-apples dietary regimen. This decision has left many in the fitness community, both intrigued and infuriated.

Muscle’s fitness journey has been unconventional, especially since he survived a fatal heart attack in 2021. Since then, he has experimented with various approaches to maintain his health. Ultimately he decided to become a frutarian. His fruit-based diet has ranged from watermelon to pineapples, and now he has dived into this exclusive apple-only diet.

The motivation behind Muslce’s apple-centric approach seemed to have stemmed from taking the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” quite literally. He is determined to never see a doctor again with his newly found regimen. Muscle has taken to his Instagram page to share this update with his fans and followers.

Muscle wrote in his Instagram post caption, “I’m only EATING Apples.” He started this challenge on the first day of 2024, aiming to become the fittest person on earth. According to a YouTube video about his new diet, Muscle emphasizes the nutritional value of apples, such as high vitamin C content, antioxidants, and various nutrients.

He also mentions that his goal is to consume 10 apples a day, estimating them to be around 900 to 1000 calories. Throughout the video, he showcases different apple varieties, trying them out and expressing his preference for cold-pressed apple juice. Despite eating only apples, he emphasized the importance of staying fit and maintaining cardiovascular health and implored people to avoid processed or unhealthy food. However, regardless of his advice on healthier lifestyles, he received mixed reactions from fans mostly showing concern over his diet plans.
