Neck press has always been an exercise that sparks different opinions. O’Hearn mentioned that most people try to skip neck press as much as possible. In the video, he was having his session with his gym buddies Doug and Bo and hitting their PRs.

On being asked the question, “You’re having him do an exercise that 99.9% of people are going to say to avoid,” the Titan replied, unveiling the benefits of neck press: it makes your blood flow smooth to the muscle and keeps ligaments and everything open, so none of the tissue got scared. He then commented that 100% of people are not willing to do this exercise.
Continuing, he talked about guys with healthy shoulders and pointed out their fragility. O’Hearn also mentioned how some guys see this exercise as risky and called them, “Dude, you sound vaccinated.” He then talked about his dedication to continuing to perform the exercise and succeeding at it. He also praised his buddy’s efforts and determination to get stronger.
Despite being in his mid-50s and dealing with an injured shoulder, O’Hearn’s gym buddy Bobo joined them in doing the neck press. He then expressed confidence that, with time, Bobo would grow stronger and would be able to perform the exercise to his fullest.
Just like Titan talked about the shoulder exercise that most people try to avoid, he also elucidated the difference between the traditional and his technique.

O’Hearn shared a workout video with Aleksey Mokshyn in which the duo shared simple hacks for optimizing maximum benefits from exercises. He shared his philosophy about traditional stretching solely relying on body weight, which fails to unlock the full potential of muscle growth. He said to not only focus on flexibility but also build strength while stretching. O’Hearns uses the concept of squats as an example in which he can showcase the range of motion in odd positions.
O’Hearn, when explaining his technique, observes that many individuals have fragile bodies and struggle to support themselves with traditional stretching. His technique focuses on the movement of the hips, which showcases building strength rather than just doing the motions. Lastly, he shed light on the power of minimal training and maximum growth on his social media.
