Powerlifter turned bodybuilder, Larry Wheels, recently took to his official Instagram account and shared a video of himself demonstrating his new personal shoulder press record. In the video, he was seen pulling out shoulder presses with 400 lb dumbbells. As the video began, four men stood behind him.

They gave him support to lift the dumbbells, and once the beast was in motion, there was no one stopping him. With utter swiftness, Larry Wheels pulled out five full reps of shoulder presses with the heavy-weight dumbbells. The video itself is a standing testament to the level of dedication Wheels has for Powerlifting.

One of them taking to the fact that it took him the spotting of four men initially, humorously wrote, “Needed a whole pit crew for some shoulder press🫣🫣”.

Lifting 200 lbs each is in itself a very difficult task. Taking to the fact that he pulled out easy reps with 400 lbs, one of them commented, “Benching those weights is insane, let alone shoulder press”.
