As per the interview, the athletes were having an enthusiastic conversation about their past when the 57-year-old pro brought up the incident. Cormier disclosed how Nico once was against Cormier’s girlfriend, Denise, and they almost had a fight about it. Adding to the instance, Wheeler urged Cormier to recall another terrifying incident ignited by the latter.

“Chris, do you remember you threw that 90-pound dumbbell at me and we almost got in a fight right in the gym?” he said. As per their revelations, Wheeler wanted to get into a feud with Cormier, which ended up with the latter tossing a massive 90 lbs dumbbell at the IFBB icon.

Moreover, Wheeler also pointed out that the 55-year-old would top the conversations of being a lunatic. “Do you want to talk about who was the most psycho? This fool right here throwing a 90-pound dumbbell at somebody trying to hit him,” Wheeler noted. The chat then directed towards Cormier’s one of the best wins, where he beat the Arnold Classic champion.

Following their riveting episode with the dumbbell, Cormier promptly recounted his “favorite” wins of his life. He beat Wheeler at the Mr. Olympia Iron Man competition, and the athlete is particularly proud of it because of the close call with The Sultan of Symmetry. “This is like one of my favorite wins in my life,” he said.

Dennis chimed in with a question asking if Cormier had set his mind to win that show. “Of course he did,” Wheeler noted. However, the athlete in question responded with a mindful insight. He claimed that he was always in admiration of his fellow competitor and was most impressed by Flex’s back conditioning.
