She begins her routine with 3 sets of 12 back squats, setting the tone for an intense session. Following this, she incorporates 3 sets of 12-15 DB Romanian deadlifts and 3 sets of 12-15 step-ups, ensuring a comprehensive lower-body workout.

Transitioning to upper body exercises, Mabe incorporates 2 sets of 12-15 face pulls to target the shoulders and upper back. She then challenges herself with 3 sets of pushups to failure, emphasizing the importance of upper body strength and endurance. Additionally, she includes 2 sets of 12-15 cable lateral raises to sculpt the shoulders and enhance overall shoulder stability.

Not neglecting core strength, Mabe integrates 3 sets of 10-15 hanging leg raises into her routine, effectively engaging the abdominal muscles and promoting core stability. Throughout her workout, Mabe shares insights and motivation with her viewers, highlighting the significance of positive energy in the gym. Besides her full-body regimen, she embarked on an energetic session at Game Day Barbell in Austin, Texas, aiming to achieve a bench press personal record (PR) of 135 lbs. At the beginning of the video, she revealed, “We’re going to be hitting a bench PR my goal is to get a plate today, 135 lbs. I tried last week and failed but I was this close. I think I got it today.” Setting the tone with lively commentary, Mabe’s determination shone through as she meticulously prepared for the challenge. Starting with shoulder-loosening resistance bands and dynamic warm-ups, the atmosphere was charged with anticipation.

Smoothly transitioning to the bench, her excitement was palpable to see the loaded plates.
