Recently, in a Men’s Health interview, actor Sinqua Walls, aged 38, discussed his intense preparation for his part in Hulu’s “White Men Can’t Jump” remake. Portraying Kamal, one of the fascinating basketball hustler pair, Walls admitted that his college basketball experience gave him an advantage. Nevertheless, the role’s physical challenges compelled Walls to commit to a demanding training routine.

“Playing basketball every day for about 37 days is probably one of the most arduous processes I personally have ever gone through,” Walls told Men’s Health. Unquestionably, this unwavering dedication has significantly benefitted his acting career. During the same interview, Walls also mentioned an intriguing diet suggestion he received from Jack Harlow, a renowned singer, and fellow cast member.

Walls revealed that Harlow recommended drinking sparkling soda right before shooting a scene. While unsure of its actual effectiveness, Walls humorously likened Harlow’s preference for La Croix to the iconic Michael Jordan’s association with Gatorade, stating, “MJ had Gatorade, Jack had La Croix.”
