Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 25-year-old son has shared numerous workout videos for the past few months. From leg workouts to back workouts, Baena has listed the exercises he does to help his fans improve their physiques with him. Earlier, the young actor shared a quick but effective exercise he uses to finish an intense back workout.

The?bodybuilding?icon’s son has been making incredible progress in the gym. While Baena probably won’t compete like Arnold Schwarzenegger, he plans to get in the best shape and realize his potential. The 25-year-old also dreams of playing a superhero and looking the part. Recently, he even got a workout partner in natural pro bodybuilder Joshua Maroni.

Earlier, the 25-year-old posted an Instagram story from Gold’s Gym.?“How we finish off a killer back day,”?he captioned the story. In the video, Joseph Baena looked energized and danced a bit before grabbing onto the pull-up bar. The Bully High actor then showed off his back gains as he did the pull-ups with strict form.

Baena did eight pull-ups before letting go. While he strained during the final few reps, it’s imperative to remember that he had already gone through an intense back workout. A few months ago, Baena?shared his back routine on Instagram. In the video, Baena showed how he molded his back workout after Arnie. While Baena works with weight, he doesn’t skip the bodyweight essentials like pull-ups because it is an exercise even seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger vouched for.

While filming Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Blue Print a few years ago, the bodybuilding legend talked about building a massive back. In the video, Schwarzenegger said that despite working with weights, he never neglected bodyweight exercises. The Austrian Oak said he regularly did pull-ups to fire up his lats and get a wider back.

The former Mr. Universe said he even added weight to the pull-ups and dips. However, despite its pros, the exercise also has a con. While pull-ups help build a wide back, they don’t add thickness, according to the 75-year-old. Arnie said for back thickness he used cable rows, something Baena also utilizes.
