Arnold Schwarzenegger is good at crushing things, whether it is Army tanks or big-size cars on movie sets, and the world correlates his demeanor with strength and power. While Arnie crashing cars to fight the villains during his film career fascinated action lovers, his latest real-life car crashes are costing him a lawsuit.

Despite being proficient at pulling off death-defying stunts, Schwarzenegger was involved in two car crashes while driving in 2022 and 2023. Now, the women injured in the accident filed lawsuits against the Terminator icon. While the 76-year-old escaped the incidents without a scratch, the women didn’t experience similar luck. So, they are seeking the $450 Million rich actor for compensation.

The versatility of Arnold Schwarzenegger in terms of vehicles

Before the news of accidents running in tabloids, no one would disagree with the versatility of Schwarzenegger to ride multiple vehicles. The Governator takes pride in his ability to steer the biggest to smallest vehicles. “I drive everything. I drive four-wheel drive, I drive Hummers, Bentleys, Mercedes, Volkswagens. I like to switch things around. I don’t like to have the same vehicle all the time,” Schwarzenegger once candidly confessed to The Sunday Times

Arnie loved doing the impossible, whether it be lifting weights at the gym or challenging himself with huge motor vehicles, nothing was a lost opportunity for Schwarzenegger. However, for the first time, he followed a regular approach by transitioning from motorcycles to huge trucks, unlike his usual self, directly jumping onto big things.

When I went into the Austrian army [as part of his national service] I first drove motorcycles and then cars and then trucks and then huge trucks. I got the licenses for each one of them before I was able to go to tank-driving school and drive tanks. I drove everything — the biggest vehicles you can imagine,” Schwarzenegger proudly confessed.

But into his late seventies, the 76-year-old is losing grip of his elite skill. The recent two accidents that resulted in a lawsuit against him are a testimony to this. But how did Schwarzenegger end up being involved in two accidents in a gap of one year?

Multi-vehicle car crash in 2022

On 21st January 2022, reports surfaced that the Austrian Oak was involved in a multi-vehicle car crash while driving his monster Yukon SUV. Arnie’s car hit the red Toyota Prius at the Allenford Avenue and Sunset Boulevard cross-section before rolling on top of it and then landing on to a Porsche Taycan on the left. The intensity of the accident is reflected when the airbags in Yukon were deployed during the crash.

Luckily, the Hollywood superstar was not injured in the disaster, but unfortunately, the woman driving the Prius, Cheryl Augustine, was injured. She was bleeding heavily from the head before rushing to the hospital. The representative of the Governator confirmed that he was concerned about the woman’s safety and personally checked up on her.

The incident was no less of a movie stunt, as per spectators. However, no drugs or alcohol have been suspected by police officers at the scene. Almost over a year after the accident, Augustine decided to press a lawsuit on the Terminator icon.

The latest lawsuit against the Governator

Cheryl Augustine filed a lawsuit stating the actor was “wrongfully and recklessly driving,” which resulted in the accident. She fears that the incident might leave her with a permanent disability apart from causing “shock and injury to her nervous system.”

So, Augustine is seeking justice from the court to ask the $450 Million rich actor to compensate for property damage, medical expenses, and more. TMZ reported that Law enforcement sources also believe in Schwarzenegger’s fault. However, it isn’t an isolated case, as this year the FUBAR actor was involved in an accident that injured a cyclist.

After almost one year after escaping the disastrous car crash, Schwarzenegger collided with a cyclist this February. The accident happened on a busy road in West L.A. when woman cyclist Joanne Flickinger was hit by Schwarzenegger’s SUV in daylight. The lady was rushed to hospital for treatment while Arnie hung the woman’s bike to his SUV to get it repaired from the local shop.

But the woman filed a lawsuit that read Schwarzenegger was driving “with excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout.” However, law enforcement sources believe that the woman took a left turn at the nick moment, leaving no time for Schwarzenegger to hit the brakes of his SUV. So, Schwarzenegger right now is facing two lawsuits against him for the accidents he was involved in. Only time will tell whether Arnie will come out innocent this time.
