Mark Wahlberg is a Hollywood veteran and one of the people obsessed with fitness and bodybuilding beyond the aesthetic appeal of muscle-making. He takes it so seriously that he even has a business around it and the 52-year-old has started to change the world by making a whole group of fitness enthusiasts through his F45 business venture.

Recently he again posted a video related to working out at the crack of dawn and sweating it out in the gym. Even at this stage, the journey of the Hollywood star is inspiring for millions of people.

Wahlberg’s video was captioned, “Sunday🔥people still out while I’m getting it in🤷🏻 @municipal 4 am club🔥 @performinspired.” In the video, he talks about how on Sunday, people obviously go out and aren’t even home before it’s 9:00 a.m. and, so nobody shows up at the gym. However, the Ted star was already there working out at the crack of dawn.

He said, “We are still in here. Let’s go.” And then his rigorous workout session ensued with pull-ups, push-ups, crunches, and deadlift pull-ups. He did not leave any exercises undone and after completing it Wahlberg said that he was going to go for a cold plunge. He also said that people need to get out of their blankets and workout even if it is on a Sunday.

He has even shared his workout routine to help others out and motivate them before.

Mark Wahlberg shares his workout routine

The fitness icon and entrepreneur had previously taken to his official Instagram account and shared a video demonstrating his workout session. He stated that he managed to get the best out of his changes and has chosen whatever works for him at his age.

Wahlberg started the video with a set of cable rows and moved to a close grip lat pull down. The actor then went for a heave session of the cable fly and ended his routine looking jacked. He is always working out bare-bodied and showing his 6-pack abs and even at 52 he does not look anything over 30.
