Dr. Davis, who started bodybuilding at 66 and believes in the holistic approach of George Goodheart, was talking about the effect of food on the human body. The fitness coach also added real-life evidence, saying,?“I was, you know, I was at the airport coming home, and it was one out of two people that I saw, male and female, were very overweight.??He stated that these illnesses might be present, but they are preventable with the right training and education about fitness.
