There are countless reasons for which one trains. Some train to stay healthy, some for looks, and some for the dopamine hit after a good workout. The IFBB Pro recently uploaded a video on his YouTube channel, Tiger Fitness, shedding light on the ever-evolving reasons behind his training. The 43-year-old also shed light on the two important facts for which he trains even after retiring.
Lobliner started off by saying, “Well, there’s two reasons, and they’re tied, but one’s number one is for health.” He is primarily focusing on his health. The 43-year-old IFBB Pro wants to keep his cardiovascular health up to par. Lobliner further gave the example of the elderly.

“How do a lot of old people die well? They fall and they break their hip and if you can’t move, you can’t exercise.” He continued, “Which means you can’t get the first two benefits I was talking about. That’s why I’m sure to do, you know, single leg reps, a lot of single leg movements a lot of balance activities.”
“The most noticeable nondeath-related reason I train is for my brain,” says Lobliner. He disclosed that if he skips the gym even a single day, he lacks mental acuity. He mentioned not being able to focus while taking meetings if he hadn’t done his workout. The 43-year-old says, “I’m at my best; it’s after a workout.“

Lobliner mentioned doing extra work if he completes his afternoon workout. However, he said, “cardio doesn’t do it for me a lot of mornings.” Earlier, the 43-year-old shed light on the fact that one should engage in a cardio workout.
Should one do cardio before or after weight training?
The IFBB Pro, without even thinking twice, ended the cardio dilemma by saying, “I’m gonna go along with saying it doesn’t really matter.” According to Lobliner, bodybuilding cardio focuses on burning calories, and you can burn your calories at any time of the day. He goes for a morning walk with his two golden doodles for about 15 to 20 minutes.
