Unusual to his humorous style videos, the 320 Lbs strongman delivers a powerful message about the significance of helping each other during a heavy lift. The video not only highlights the physical support, but also the importance of creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere in the gym.

In the video, Hooper can be seen assisting a training partner with barbell back squats, showcasing the camaraderie that makes the gym a welcoming and supportive space. The 6’4 giant shed light on the potential risks individuals face when lifting heavyweights without proper support. He mentioned in his post caption, “Never forget to support your brothers in iron.” It can be seen in the video, that Hooper’s gym partner doing squats with the help of a barbell, and after completing a set he just steps out and leaves the bar hanging in there.

Afterward, Hooper who was helping him put that in its usual place, came to his training partner to ask him if his doing okay. He then subtly emphasizes the importance of preventing severe injuries by encouraging a culture of mutual assistance among gymgoers.
