Larry Wheels won the Classic Physique Overall at the 2923 NPC Ultimate Warriors with his exceptionally peeled physique. One would imagine this would get him to take a bit of a break from bodybuilding and rest a little. But anybody who knows Wheels understands that will never be the case.
This man prides himself on being a workhorse and workout consistently, often breaking his own PRs in the process. And this time around, it was the incline dumbell press.

Wheels took to his official Instagram account and shared a story of himself in the gym. In the video, he was seen beating his own PR with a set of dumbbell presses with 200 lbs. And no, it wasn’t like he did one rep and that was it. There were a good 13 reps in it. This man is chasing perfection and from the looks of it, he’s not too far from it. Add to that the support he gets from his compatriots in the gym and this looks like the making of an unstoppable force.
Just like the rest of his video, three men stood behind him, one of them spotting him and the other two cheering him for each rep. This is another factor that helps him in his rapid growth.
Exactly a week ago, he had attempted dumbbell presses with the same weight and had managed to 8 reps with it. 8 isn’t bad but to Wheels, there was some scope for improvement. Cut to a week later and there it was.
