The IFBB recently changed some rules in the classic division this year. Despite the changes, another strong contender, Breon Ansley, decided to remain in the classic division. Tyler Manion, Vice President of the IFBB Pro League, announced changes to the weight and height system. According to the new rules, competitors in all height divisions will have an added advantage of 10 to 7 pounds. They made this decision to spread equality and fair game in the Men’s Classic Physique Division. Height classes 6’1 to 6’2 can put on 10 lbs, while middle and other ranges can bulk up to 7/8 lbs. Previously, those with taller heights gained a massive advantage, and now it will be equitable and beneficial for every height group.
