The Machine, aka Marc Lobliner, has an insane work regime, and he returned to the IFBB scene after 2013 and got his pro card. He was not in the pro scene for a long time due to his health and family problems, but now he is back. His mad work regime sometimes extends up to 20 hours a day. He is known for his nutritional supplement company, Tiger Fitness, but unfortunately, he will not be seen in the Arnold Classic 2024.

Marc Lobliner will not be there in the Arnold Classic, and here’s why

Lobliner recently posted a YouTube video on the fact that he will not be attending the Arnold Classic 2024 expo, which is something related to his past. Lobliner explained that he had previously rented a booth and intended to have one this year as well. He narrated how he had a booth in 2021 in an area of four tables and gave away some stuff. However, it was the year after the pandemic, so it was not very busy. Unfortunately, “Even though we got a great deal at the booth we ended up losing money.”

Lobliner also explained why he does not want to do the same: the travel and hotel money will already be gone by the time it happens. According to him, trade shows need a profit and a return on the investment. Lobliner said that from a business standpoint, it is better to put the product in a business-to-business show like Expo West. Arnold Classic has a business-to-customer expo, which is not lucrative for him.

This happened during Mr Olympia 2022 when the fans asked him if he would come to the expo. And he refused for another reason.

Marc Lobliner was not available for the Olympia Expo in 2022

He replied to one of the comments asking him about being available at Mr Olympia 2022 in Vegas. He said, “I won’t, too much work to leave town.” The user also asked if Tiger Fitness would be there at the expo, and he replied that they would not, and it was a complete “money pit!”

The fan wanted to support the IFBB pro, but he believed his company would suffer only by being in the competition. This was because even if you successfully ran the business, he was not yet running an exhibitor booth at the competition. It also causes a business rivalry with countless other more famous companies, all of the same sort, and along with that, he is also trying to reach the Olympia stage.

So, Lobliner has a good reason not to put up a booth at the expo and justified it with his explanation. Do you agree with him?
