Smith confidently said, “I’m strong, I’m fit, I’m happy, I’m healthy.” His message was clear- “I hope the utopian desire of a physique that we have is kind of a little bit far-fetched and a little bit too extreme.” He urges individuals to find a fitness routine that aligns with their goals and values. Instead of rushing to gain muscles like professional bodybuilders.

He encourages youth to think differently when it comes to their fitness. He believes that we don’t all have to look the same way, challenging the idea that we must follow society’s body standards. With a touch of humor, he recognized the limitations, like not having a big chest or maybe going bald soon. Despite this, he stays committed to a fitness routine that suits him. His commitment to fitness showcases that being strong and healthy is possible without getting into someone else’s shoes. Smith isn’t the only one saying this either. IFBB Pro coach Greg Doucette has similar advice for the young generation.
