He had decided to take a break from the competitions so that he could come back stronger and had flown to Dubai to work on himself. He said, “So I want people to know that I took a break for a reason. I’m not just taking a year off to travel and live out in Dubai and enjoy myself, it will be the best I’ve ever looked.”

However, during his break in Dubai, another piece of news came up to turn the lives of the people in the world of bodybuilding upside down. The elite bodybuilder was detained in Dubai and was put behind bars for several months. He met with an accident with a delivery executive on the street while he was driving his motorcycle. This led to many questions about his career and whether he shall be ever able to come back up on stage. Well, Oliva Jr. comes bearing answers in his latest Instagram post.

Sergio Oliva Jr. took to his Instagram and finally brought about some good news for his fans. He has announced his return to the stage this weekend! He says, “We did it!! 😅 Never done this before and got on a plane across the world to hop on stage right away.”

He has confirmed his arrival in Los Angeles and will be seen as a late-entry competitor in the California State Pro. He is all set to defeat Burton again this weekend.

Seemingly in his video, there has been seen a rush of emotions going on inside the man! He was seen goofing around and dancing out of joy in the picture posted on his Instagram.

He said, “I’m a stress ball of water but no matter what happens I’m soooooo happy to be able to just do what I love and be back in my home. GOD BLESS THE USA.” Evidently, the bodybuilder is back with a bang.
