West has hit popularity as a fitness influencer and YouTuber with his videos collaborating with legendary bodybuilders. But now the adopted son of The King had revelations to make about the sport.
“I’d be lying to you all if I said ‘getting into a more legit prep was easy,’” he captioned the candid post which reflects his shredded avatar. Bodybuilders often put themselves under rigorous training routines and diet plans to build a well-defined frame. However, West opines,” Real dieting takes grit and a lot of mental discipline.” He further opened up about his confused state of affairs, “I wasn’t sure if I should compete, if I should push myself harder than last year.”

The 23-year-old accepts that he is now completely into a bodybuilding routine and he decides to pursue harder for his 851K followers. “I owe it to you guys,” he confessed and is determined to motivate his fans to pursue the difficult. Earlier, West made similar revelations while gearing up for a powerlifting challenge.
The young YouTuber’s fitness challenge
In one of his YouTube videos, West was seen taking up a challenge to gear up for a powerlifting challenge within a month. “Most preps take about 90 days, but that’s not my style,” he says with confidence, per Men’s Health.

The athlete opened up that his training during the month is mentally exhausting. “I put so much pressure on myself, it definitely causes harm to me mentally,” West admits. But he points out the positive side of such intense pressure by adding, ”It pushes me to be the greatest and best version of myself.”
