The fitness coach explained what “Habit Stacking” is in her post. It is an assemblage of good incremental changes that are piled on one after the other. In simple terms, it means creating healthy eating and exercise habits for herself and sticking to them. She would not adopt a new habit until she had made a practice of her previous habits. This prevented her from getting overwhelmed. As a result, she did not give up on the process.

Slow and steady changes made her drop weight

She incorporated several habits into her daily routine to improve her health and fitness. One of these habits was walking 8,000 to 10,000 steps every day. She also made it a goal to drink at least 100 ounces to 1 gallon of water daily. To stay active, she started doing home workouts five times a week. In terms of nutrition, she made a conscious effort to eat clean and healthy meals at home. Additionally, she made sure to limit her screen time after 9 pm and maintained a calorie deficit to manage her weight. Instead of seeking quick fixes, she focused on adopting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. She took care not to overwork her body or resort to starving herself.
