Mr. Californa started by sharing his immense love for lifting weights and being in the gym doing exercises, and he doesn’t want it to end. He said, “I know that when it comes to lifting heavy I love this stuff and I don’t want it to die.” He further added that he has become a parent for the first time and wants to focus on his son’s upbringing.

I’m seeing how Mo and I raising them I’m just like I want to pass that on,” The Titan wants to pass down all of his knowledge to his son and lead him to the righteous path. C.T. Fletcher chipped in and shared how crazy O’Hearn is when it comes to his workout regimes.

Fletcher said,” Your a** is crazy out there doing behind and neck presses when every scientific mother planet says that’s bad for you. Oh, that’s bad for you, f**k y’all.” He highlighted how seriously O’Hearn takes his training and wants his 4-year-old son, Titan, to be like him.

A few days ago, the four-time Mr. Universe shared how he was motivated by some great bodybuilders of his era.
