In her recent interview with Fox News, the fitness coach since the VHS era revealed why she is still so motivated to be working in this industry despite giving it so many years. To this, she replied, “Now I’m dedicated to women who want to be fit over 50 because I’m 66 now, and I want people to feel good,”
She further went on to add that it is immensely important to wake up and feel strong and happy every day. And to do that, one must work out all the 649 muscles from head to toe. To help people achieve that, she has even launched the ‘Fit Over 50’, which is a series of workouts that help to stay in shape and feel younger.

Denise Austin says, “So, also, to strengthen your muscles, to fight osteoporosis and stay young, nothing will droop or sag if it’s nice and toned and taut.” She concludes by saying that every woman must ensure that they are performing some or the other kind of muscle conditioning exercises.
