Speaking as part of the Apollon Seminar 2023, Priest discussed Sam Sulek, HRT use, and other topics. In particular, he spoke about encouraging people to work out in the gym and not compare themselves to others.

This is when he says, ?If they have what it takes it’s going to happen. If you have the genetics and you have that mindset where this is what you wanna do give it a hundred percent. Go train, eat your meals, get your resting. Don?t go out clubbing. Don?t do recreational drugs. And if it’s meant to be, you’ll be like f***, look at me I’m growing.?

Following this, he spoke about how a lot of younger bodybuilders tend to take drugs when they don’t hit their goals. He gave the example of a young friend of his who had asked him for steroids while maintaining a shabby fitness regime and poor eating habits. While Priest conceded and provided him the steroids, he also provided him with a dietary plan and a proper training schedule. “Each week, he’s putting weight on, his strength’s going up. He’s like, f***, that Dianabol good….I just gave him sugar pills, but in his mind, he thought he was taking Dianabol,” he said, highlighting how oftentimes, what’s needed is discipline rather than steroids.

Lee Priest slams judges

In a YouTube short, Priest spoke about whether he gave any importance to the judgment of a panel during a bodybuilding competition. He described how other bodybuilders went up to the judges to take some advice before posing on stage. However, he said, ?I look at these judges. They?ve never competed themselves.?

?There?s a lot of them that are fat. And they?re gonna give me diet advice on what I should do? What advice could they give me?,? the former Mr. Universe said in the video. He was critical and harsh about the truth and also said that several judges only study the sport in theory, but have never practiced it in their life.
