Marc Lobliner’s disapproval of sleep deprivation

Through his Instagram reel, Lobliner specified how Sleep is scientifically proven to be one of the most required elements in humans. He suggested how, due to sleep deprivation, the risk of heart attack increases as well. He took a dig at the influencers who promote this. In Lobliner’s words, “Another big trend of moronic influencers telling their followers not to sleep so they can “chase that bag” and whatever other fake BS they’re peddling.”

In his post, Lobliner did not hesitate, however, to accept that at one point in time, he also thought in favor of sleep deprivation. But he has stepped away from that after learning about the wonders sleep can do. In this relation, he emphasized the correlation between sleep and men’s testosterone levels. He added, “Testosterone production follows a daily rhythm, peaking during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. This phase of deep sleep is when the body repairs itself, and critical hormonal secretions occur.”

Marc Lobliner does not dismiss the advantages of the internet, however. Recently, after coming across Eddie Hall’s son’s lifting post, the bodybuilder made a proposal to the young Hall.
