Sam Sulek has been dominating the new era of the bodybuilding realm with his unnaturally ripped physique just at the age of 21. The American fitness influencer uses his social media to demonstrate his lifting lifestyle and is also recognized for making the slang term ‘ego lifting’ popular again in the realms of the sport.

He became famous after displaying his feats of strength and aesthetics. In a recent turn of events, the American GenZ fitness influencer made a rather shocking statement with the fitness community.

Sam Sulek hates vegetables

Sam Sulek recently made a revelation about his choices of food consumption and the video was shared on the official YouTube page @aegfitness8047. The 21 year old fitness influencer talks about he he does not prefer eating vegetables and thinks that they are absolutely no good. He says, “Vegetables are just fu****g sh*t. There’s nothing. There’s nothing in there.” 

He goes about adding how despite the fact that loads of vegetables have comparatively lesser carbs and are way beneficial, he still prefers to take supplements to fulfil his nutrition requirements. He adds, “Sure there’s maybe 5 grams of carb in a big a** handful of broccoli. The micronutrients and whatnot. Taking my vitamins makes me a bit more complete in my diet.”

He even stated that it is better to go for other food items like red meat or potatoes which has worked wonders for him. Sulek added, “Definitely seeing some pretty solid results from my method.” Sam Sulek’s methods have often been on the questioning radar. Be it his choice of food or his method of training.

Mike Israetel calls out Sam Sulek’s rapid eccentrics

The Exercise Scientist of the world of bodybuilding once came across a video of Same Sulek performing an extremely heavy bench press and said, “Rapid eccentrics on an incline barbell has in prior cases, result in devastating pec injuries.” He explained that while it might be visually appealing, it can cause a disaster at any given moment.

He further went on enlightening the fitness community about how the rapid growth of the pectoral muscle can beat the elastic capacity of its tendons.
