Sam Sulek hates vegetables
Sam Sulek recently made a revelation about his choices of food consumption and the video was shared on the official YouTube page @aegfitness8047. The 21 year old fitness influencer talks about he he does not prefer eating vegetables and thinks that they are absolutely no good. He says, “Vegetables are just fu****g sh*t. There’s nothing. There’s nothing in there.”

He goes about adding how despite the fact that loads of vegetables have comparatively lesser carbs and are way beneficial, he still prefers to take supplements to fulfil his nutrition requirements. He adds, “Sure there’s maybe 5 grams of carb in a big a** handful of broccoli. The micronutrients and whatnot. Taking my vitamins makes me a bit more complete in my diet.”
