Armed with a burning desire for redemption, Cutler embraced a rigorous training regimen and meticulously planned his nutrition. According to Cutler, he believed that he was getting closer and closer to?Ronnie Coleman. As the first exercise of his workout,?Cutler performed one arm row in the video, which is one of his favorite exercises. He also revealed that he used to do pullovers on a separate day and rowing movements on a different day while training back.?
Recalling his prime years, Cutler said,??I used to go over there [Gold’s Gym] and crush it man?I used to do 30-40 sets of back.??Adding to this, Cutler revealed,??I was sitting around 290…I was probably on a thousand grams of carbs a day.”

In a video shared by Cutler on his Tiktok, he suggested a different grip while performing pullovers to get the most out of the movement.??I?m gonna do a grip and I?m actually going to grip the handle with a closed fist, and that?s going to allow the weight to kind of push on the back of my palms and really pull on the lat,??said Cutler.

Continuing further, Cutler stated,??Remember, you can?t go super heavy, you want to be able to get the repetitions, get that stretch but more importantly, this is the mind-to-muscle connection for the lats so you can get that really popped front double bicep.?
