The meaning of fitness is different for everyone. People’s approach towards it is also different. Some try to stay fit by fasting and some want to achieve their desired body by doing intense training. In such a situation, a woman for whom beauty standards are considered different as compared to men. A 65-year-old Lesley Maxwell changed this stereotype. Although she trained with heavy weights that were typically associated with men.

65-year-old Grandma begs to differ and does not emphasize fasting. She advocates eating clean with a gap of at least two hours. Recently, she shared another awe-inspiring post on her Instagram page. She’s flaunting her super-toned physique and her six-pack abs in a gym outfit. However, even in her 60s, she is as fit as a young woman.

The celebrity fitness coach has been following the mantra of “I choose not to identify with my age! Not sure if this is politically correct haha 🥰xoxo,” as she assured herself that she does not want anybody to identify with her age. Indeed, nobody can say that she looks older. Nevertheless, granny swaps clothes with her granddaughter.

Most of the people her age either visit a doctor due to their poor health or want to take a rest. Maxwell vowed to stay away from both these things and moved towards her better health. Although her fitness journey was difficult, she divorced her husband at a young age to get rid of her toxic marriage, which had a negative impact on her mental condition, after which she suffered depression and anxiety for a long time.

To get rid of her anxiety, she chose the path of exercise, and what happened next amazed everybody. She never looked back. Now she has become an internet sensation. And inspires people to give priority to their fitness.

hard-core chest-day training regime. In this short video, she can be seen performing a set of dumbbell presses with 44 lb dumbbells. She revealed how she was rebuilding her muscles. Her caption read, “I’ve been increasing the weights with my training recently. Here I’m lifting 20k DBs and only five reps as I was becoming fatigued.” She’s been trying to gain muscle. According to her, these techniques for muscle gain are beneficial.
