She is stunningly beautiful, even at the age of 65 with six-pack abs, perfectly in place. At an age where most people would need their senior citizen cards, and would sport gray hair. Maxwell is reversing the clock with her perfectly toned body. The woman who has won more than 30 competitions, trains celebrities, and other people to help them gain their version of the perfect body.

Maxwell, who swaps clothes with her granddaughter, and is even mistaken to be as young as her, recently uploaded an Instagram post. She often gives her insight on how to remain ageless, and this post was also about not only looking young on the outside but also from within.

Maxwell?s news feed can make any model and young teenager jealous since she often flaunts her flawless physique in a bikini. This time, she was showing off her toned body and wrote something contradictory. The bodybuilder said, ?Apart from looking toned on the outside, it’s more what’s happening on the inside that matters!?

While posing in a beige-colored bikini, she gives proper information about training at her age. Maxwell wrote, ?Just a reminder that weight training is the most effective exercise for maintaining and building bone density.? She informed her viewers about a condition that happens in old age, known as osteopenia where the body?s ability to generate new bone diminishes. ?Surprisingly, osteopenia can happen from our early 40’s. Finally, the fitness coach finished off her caption by providing help to all her followers and said, ?Perfect technique is a must, If you need help just direct message me # xoxo.? The woman who does not believe in fasting is turning the clock around and defying norms about age.

Maxwell does not believe in the idea of starving or having a crash diet. According to her, the only way to increase longevity and have a long-lasting fit body is to have healthy food and eat frequently.

She replied to one of her comments in a previous post, and said, ?I don?t count calories as it would do my head in. Lol. However I always eat clean with enough protein and fats every two hours or so??

Leslie has also said that she eats frequently at regular intervals to keep her blood sugar levels in balance. The fitness coach believes in balancing her diet, with the inclusion of all kinds of nutrients, including fats.
