Arnold’s advice for people who’ve taken a long break

There is often an underlying fear among enthusiasts when it comes to taking unplanned breaks from their workout routines. However, bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has brought a sense of relief to fitness enthusiasts. The Terminator wrote that even after taking a break from our workouts, our bodies have the ability to grow muscle faster upon resuming exercise.

In his newsletter, he reassured readers that they should not stress about missing a few workouts. “so if you miss a few workouts, need to recover from an injury, or decide to take off for a vacation, don’t stress.”, he wrote. He highlighted that the strength of an individual does not begin to decline until approximately three to four weeks of inactivity.
