Ramy recently sent a cryptic message to his friends and bodybuilding colleagues by uploading an Instagram picture of his training. The caption was brimming with the motivation of coming back on stage to win another Sandow.

The new Instagram post shows Big Ramy bench pressing in the TYB Transformation Center. The caption below the picture is what caught everyone?s eye.?“It’s time to embrace the burn, embrace the challenge, and embrace the best version of yourself,”?wrote Big Ramy in the caption.

The Egyptian IFBB pro has already given a subtle warning to the bodybuilding industry that he is coming back better than ever. Elssbiay has let bygones be bygones and is ready to commence afresh. The picture does not reveal a lot about his physique since he is wearing a T-shirt, and his face is also not visible. However, even without revealing anything about his body, the sheer size of his chest, along with his triceps and leg muscles, is enough to understand his two-time Olympia title prowess.

In a previous image, his physique is entirely visible, and it is clear that he has not come here to play but rather to win.

Big Ramy is ready to treat this Olympia as his first?one and is giving his all while training. He even promised his fans that he would show his best self on stage. ,?“I promise you guys I will do my best to come back again, stronger than ever. I don?t promise to win or to lose because I respect other people, but I will say I will do my best like what I did all my life to be number one man and to be number one again,”?said the Egyptian bodybuilder.

Big Ramy?s coach, Nicholls, is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to his training. He closely absorbs every little detail about Elssbiay’s conditioning and physique. Big Ramy finished 4th in the Arnold Classic 2023 behind Andrew Jacked, Nick Walker, and Samson Dauda but is ready to take on Mr. Olympia and win it.
