The pro bodybuilder has made some exceptional improvements in his lower physique. Even the famous YouTube channel Nick’s strength and power also noticed them. The Mutant recently revealed the secret behind his impressive legs and shared his workout routine with his fans on his Instagram account.

In the post, the current New York Pro champion was seen making a display of his gigantic legs. The separation lines on his quads were impressive, and his calf was also looking impressive. To get legs like the Mutant, you need to follow a strict leg-day session. Walker broke down the complete-day training routine. He titled the workout session “Solid leg session today!!!!!” giving an indication that the workout will be pretty serious.

You need to start with the leg extension and do two sets of 12 to 25 reps, depending on your strength. The former Arnold Classic Champion also mentioned focusing on unilateral movements and doing fifteen reps of single-leg. Then move to the leg press and do one set of twelve reps, but in the “rest pause style.“

The next exercise you need to do is the lying leg curls, and do one set of twelve to fifteen reps. Then the seated leg curls with two sets of fifteen reps.
