Hunter’s dedication to his training and diet is evident. He mentioned, “Currently, I don’t feel like I’m dieting! I know that’ll change sooner than later, but as of now training performance is at an all-time high. I have more energy due to the fact I’ve lost a little trash weight, and my recovery/fatigue management is golden!”

His current training split is rigorous: two days on, one day off, with a push, pull, off, arms, legs, off, repeat cycle. Labrada also includes 20 minutes of fasted cardio every day except leg days and uses cold plunges and saunas on his off days. Labrada’s diet is equally disciplined, with specific meals for training and off days. On training days, he starts with 200g of lean beef, 2 whole eggs, 250g of rice, 50g of green vegetables, and 100g of blueberries. This is followed by meals featuring chicken breast, rice, spinach, and other nutritious ingredients.

His intra-workout nutrition includes 50g of highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD), and his day ends with whey and almond butter. On off days, the diet remains consistent, with slight variations. For example, his third meal consists of 60g of whey isolate and 250g of rice. His latest post caused a stir in the bodybuilding community, and people have been talking about it.

The excitement for the big stage grows

Nick from Nick’s Strength and Power expressed his opinion in a YouTube video, titled, “Everyone Is Talking About Bonac + Samson Improved His Back? + Hunter Labrada 13 Weeks Out + MORE.” In the video, while discussing other elite bodybuilders, Nick talked about Labrada as well. He stated, “I think he looks really impressive.” According to Labrada’s post, he mentioned that he might compete in less than 13 weeks, but he didn’t specify which competition. There are a few potential shows around that time, pointed out Nick.

One possibility is the Italy Pro in Milan on September 8th, which is less than 13 weeks away as per Nick. Another option could be the UK Pro. Since Labrada mentioned “less than 13 weeks,” it’s likely the Italy Pro. At the end of September, there’s also the Legion Sports Fest in Las Vegas, highlighted YouTuber. This event might be the last qualifier for the Olympia, as it takes place just two weeks before the big event.

Despite what beholds the future for Labrada, Nick is excited to see Hunter Labrada back on stage and believes he will qualify for the Olympia. He is also curious to see if he will improve his placings at the Olympia this year. At the end, Labrada in his post with enthusiasm, remarked, “Looking forward to continuing sharing these updates throughout prep!” Are you excited about the amazing journey of Hunter Labrada?
