Currently, the 76-year-old is busy promoting his new self-help book, Be Useful: Seven Tools for Life. So, Arnie recently appeared on The Late Show, spilled the beans on his favorite dish, and shared his mother’s opinions on a few things.

An excited Arnie tasted the dish and recounted his early bodybuilding days when his mother would visit him in America. “There is no one who knows how to make Kaiserschmarrn. I don’t know anybody. I remember my mother used to come over, and she would stay with me. This was back in the 70s, and she would teach everyone how to make Kaiserschmarrn and how to make Wiener Schnitzel.“
