Walker expressed his commitment to his training journey, sharing insights into his routine and mindset. The bodybuilder also treated his fans to a leg day workout video on his YouTube channel, shedding light on his rigorous training routine.

In his Instagram post, he said, “Don’t do it it’s all fun around come you know make jokes you know have fun with your training you know it’s good it’s fine you’re supposed to.” He then added, “But at the end of the day this is business my business is winning so I’ll make sure I’m the last one standing.” His vision is crystal clear about winning the title.

He further discussed in his YouTube video about his progress, highlighting how he has been following a strategic plan. Nick’s workout plan includes a combination of lifting heavy weights and doing other exercises.
The 29-year-old bodybuilder talked a lot about doing things regularly and sticking to a plan that works for him. He said he eats certain foods and follows routines that have helped him before.

He said, “We’re just getting Tighter and Tighter leaner and leaner so we got 12 weeks to win this year.” Instead of lifting really heavy weights, he did exercises carefully to make his muscles work well. He talked about how some people don’t understand his way of training, but he wants to make his body better in the right places.
