The true persona of the English Strongman, Eddie Hall, is well reflected in his YouTube videos. Admirers connect with his funnier version in these videos. Hall has multiple YouTube channels under his name. Out of these, one such channel is Eddie Hall – The Beast Reacts. This mainly shows his reaction videos on various issues such as body transformation, epic gym fails, etc.

While reacting to a gym transformation video this week, Hall shared his thoughts on workout regimes and weight goals. The initial reaction video, turned into a motivational video midway while the Strongman opened up about the best thing that happened to him in his life. He gave great advice to his followers who want to burn fat, in the video.

Eddie Hall’s Take on healthy body transformation

In a recent video, The Beast was seen reacting to major gym transformations. At the start, a women’s massive weight loss mesmerized the aspiring bodybuilder. “This is your sign to start taking it seriously,” he says at the start before shifting his gaze toward the second clip.

 

While watching other segments of the video, Hall revealed the secret to a great body. “What I noticed with these transformations, Weights!” he said in the video. According to him, though cardio is good, he never underestimated the benefits of strength training. ”You want to transform your body, do weights! Turn that fat into muscle,” revealed Hall, who is aiming for a bodybuilding career.

He took a moment to reflect on all the successful fitness journeys, and said, “I noticed the most is the smiles on their faces when they have done the transformation,” in the video signifying the ulterior motive of changing one’s physique is to be happy and content. He revealed that going to the gym was the best thing he ever did. And to the unversed, he shredded a massive 90 pounds, a couple of years back.

The Beast weight loss journey in 2021

Eddie Hall took efforts to shift his physique to the leaner side of the scale before his boxing stunt. Apart from a rigorous workout and diet regime, The Beast credits his morning walks for his nearly 40 Kg weight loss.

I would say the biggest change for me is adding in daily walks,” told the Strongman of 2017 to Men’s Health while discussing his weight loss journey. His dog would accompany him for a mile-and-a-half run or walk every morning.
