After emphasizing the significance of positivity, Arnie admitted that countering the angry emotions within is crucial. ?No matter what, we are all going to have moments when we get angry?But there are places where we have the choice to add anger into our lives,? he noted.

Speaking for himself, the 6?2 icon shared the rule he follows when watching the news. ?If I get mad, I ask myself, ?Can I do anything about this?? And if the answer is yes, like when hospitals didn?t have PPE or veterans didn?t have housing, then I do something,? Arnie continued. However, if the answer was no, ?which is often the case? for him, he shuts down his anger. ?I try to turn off my anger. It?s a waste? in his opinion, of time and energy.?

Yet, that was not even his ultimate point there. He pointed towards the idea of stopping negativity ?before it starts? Thus, he urged his subscribers to refrain from watching, listening to, or simply getting involved in things that make them feel angry. ?They make money from my anger. They weren?t trying to inform me; they were trying to get me fired up,? the pro stated. Proving a point here, he threw a challenge to note down the sources that make his community all fired up or angry. On a similar note, the star once spotlighted his correlation with positivity.
