Kali Muscle is not a bodybuilding entity anymore, and he grew into a lifestyle influencer who has been living on a fasting routine for quite some time. And most of his diet revolves around fruit juices. Muscle teased his followers with a new juice recipe ahead of New Year’s Eve.

The 48-year-old YouTuber recently posted his skills at making the healthiest juice, and his talent threatened the elite White House Chef, Andre Rush.

Life has changed for the bodybuilding icon after suffering a massive heart attack in 2021 that almost took his life. Muscle started building a healthy lifestyle for the sake of his twins ever since. 2023 has been that of juice fasts for Muscle, and his new juice recipe is nutrient-dense.

Muscle posted a clip of himself making fruit and vegetable juice, and his cutting skills put Andre Rush’s career at stake. The fitness YouTuber chopped cucumbers, pineapples, beetroot, and apples, making himself a jar of red health drink that he tasted with delight. The ASMR clip made Muscle a “Pro Juicer,” and Rush couldn’t stop himself from complementing Muscle. 

The former military veteran and celebrity chef stunned the bodybuilding community with his 24-inch biceps. However, Muscle threatened Rush with his juicing talent. “Trying to take my job!! Lol,” the White House Chef commented on the post while agreeing that Muscle became a pro in juice making. But before focusing on a healthy lifestyle, Muscle was a bodybuilding sensation who would adopt various means to look shredded.

Muscle’s early life involved an 11-year jail term that neglected his health. He would binge on a high-cholesterol diet like Top Ramen multiple times a day. Later, he ventured into bodybuilding and started following unhealthy practices like PEDs to look shredded to the core. But when he got a health ultimatum in 2021, he shifted gears to healthy eating and training habits.

This year, Muscle introduced himself to extreme fasting rituals, stunning his fitness family with his methods. He did a watermelon fast for 32 days. Despite fainting on the 26th day of the fast, the 46-year-old is adamant about the health benefits of his rituals and recently started a pineapple fast.

The fitness community is not very sure of Kali Muscle’s rituals, but they are intrigued by his resilience to being without food for months together. His latest post, however, is more about his skills on the kitchen table.
