Despite being the reigning champion in the?bodybuilding world, Chris Bumstead has his own set of problems. The IFBB pro suffers from pains here and there from working out, but does not let it stop him from doing his best. He is always mindful of his health and does not only concentrate on bodybuilding for his whole life.

After suffering a medical condition with water retention in 2018, he has recovered well but still is careful about his health. In the recent video about arm workout day, he is working out diligently even after experiencing some pains in his body.

Chris Bumstead does not back down

In the video, CBum is seen working out at the gym and exercises on his arms with bench presses, pull-ups, dumbbell presses, and deadlifts. At the end of the video, he explains his physical situation and says, ?My abs are kind of weak from not training them so it?s talking about the back to like Arch hard you want to do movements like deadlifts and chest.?

He also said that he is working on it, ?I?m working on it right now training abs and they cramp-like, so try not to die right now.? Then he proceeds to do ab lifts for getting his abdominal muscles going.

Bumstead has always kept an open mind about bodybuilding and does not make his whole life about it. He chatted with Chris Williamson about this on his podcast.

Chris talks about life after bodybuilding

Talking to the host, Bumstead became candid?about how he wishes his life will pan out after bodybuilding. He acknowledged his achievements in the field but also expressed that he did not want to surround his life with that sport.

According to the interview, the 28-year-old champion already had an agreement with himself. Bumstead took full accountability for the steps he would take in his future. ?I know that it?s not worth it to me, you know there?s a life after bodybuilding for sure, who I am is not a bodybuilder, there?s more to me than that I?ll be happy without it,? he said.
