The first bodybuilding pro to win the Arnold Classic and showcase striated glutes was Rich Gaspari. He is 60 but hardly looks like it and the champion is known for his immaculate muscles and training process. Even though The Dragon Slayer is not as tall as many of his contemporaries, he outshone others with his prowess on stage.
Often, Gaspari uses his social media profiles to put up training videos and show fitness enthusiasts the proper techniques to perform an exercise. His latest video was about gaining the perfect back muscles.
Rich Gaspari talks about the reverse shrug exercise

The video showcased Gaspari teaching the exercise needed for the perfect back. He explained that the exercise works the lower back every time someone does a shrug. The center triangle on the back would be enhanced with this reverse shrug exercise.

He further instructed those engaging in the exercise to bring the weight higher when pulling the bar from the back. This would help the “triangle in the middle of your Back” get enhanced muscles according to him. He captioned the post writing, “When doing this movement make sure you bend your elbows and come up over your glutes bringing the bar to your lower back and flex the middle trap at the top.”
He also explained that there was no need to use heavy weights and that slow movements would help the upper middle back development. The best way to do the workout was for 3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps. Gaspari has previously trained viewers for other exercises as well.

Richest Gaspari’s tips for a bicep workout
Earlier, Gaspari detailed a bicep exercise writing, “A great exercise to work biceps are 21’s with a cable or barbell. You do 7 half reps from the top of the movement with 7 reps done at the bottom of the movement then finish with 7 full reps. This is a great finishing exercise you can do to hit the biceps.”
This exercise is known as “21’s” and involves partial reps with full reps to give a combination of a challenging bicep workout to get the maximum burn from the muscle. According to the GOAT, this should be performed with a barbell or a cable.
