Famous Hollywood actor,?bodybuilding, and fitness enthusiast Mark Wahlberg is known for his passion for being fit. The actor wakes up at 4 a.m. to train. Wahlberg has even earned the nickname CEO of the 4 a.m. Club. Wahlberg’s goal is to get his daily workout in before jumping into his busy schedule and inspiring others to be fit. However, not everyone thinks it’s the best idea.
On August 10, actor and comedian Bert Kreischer went live with episode #584 of his podcast, Bertcast. Kreischer invited the Lawrence brothers, Joey, Matthew, and Andrew. During their conversation, 80s child actor Joey Lawrence spoke about Mark Wahlberg. The actor gave a comedic but sarcastic take on Wahlberg and his 4 a.m. Club.

Lawrence told Kreischer he had met the Transformers 4 actor before his acting debut.?“When he was with the Funky Bunch… we performed actually, a couple (of) times in my records,”?said Lawrence. The 47-year-old jokingly added that he was selling?“millions of records in the 90s,”?and maybe that’s why Wahlberg collaborated with him.
The singer-songwriter then admitted to poking fun at Wahlberg on social media.?“I razz (tease) him a little bit… about his 3 a.m. clubs and his 4 a.m. clubs,”?said the actor. The eldest Lawrence brother also has a penchant for fitness and exercises regularly. He pointed out that Marky Mark always seems to be out of breath.?“Where is this guy running from? He’s completely sedentary,”?said Lawrence.
“So I call him out,”?said the?Oliver & Company (1988)?actor. Lawrence thought Wahlberg waking up at 4 a.m. and flaunting his abs might be too extreme. He said,?“You know Mark Wahlberg has the 4 a.m. Club! I got the 2 a.m. club, and what we accomplished at 2 a.m., f***ing blows the 4 a.m. club.”?However, the Italian Job actor didn’t respond to Joey Lawrence. Jokes aside, Marky Mark’s passion for fitness is undeniable.
