Although Greg Doucette has admitted to using ste***ds later in his bodybuilding career, his recent natural physique updates continue to fascinate fans. Coach Greg recently shared multiple photos from a contest he participated in over two decades ago. Since Doucette didn’t start using PEDs until his late 20s, this might mean that his shredded physique in the pictures was achieved naturally.
“Lets hear it. 20+ yrs ago around 160 lbs. Natty or Not?” asked the bodybuilding veteran. Surprisingly, despite being muscular and incredibly shared in every image, Doucette claimed he could do better. “This was not even close to my best as a natural,” claimed the former powerlifter. He also explained why people often think people underestimate what’s achievable naturally.
“The problem is most people with great genetics jump on steroids far too early. 99.9% of naturals will never get to this point, no matter what, but that does not mean you should not try,” said the former Canadian National champ. The first still captured Doucette hitting the classic variation of the most muscular pose, with his hand on his upper quads.

The variation showcased his incredible conditioning. You could count every fiber in Coach Greg’s chest, with shredded obliques and chiseled abs. The following image showed the bodybuilding icon in the middle of the more traditional most muscular pose. While this pose covered up the abs, it accentuated his traps and displayed the fullness in his arms.

The final one displayed Doucette’s front and back double biceps poses in all their glory. The back-double biceps photograph gave fans a glimpse of Coach Greg’s shoulder, traps, and mid-back development. However, he looked considerably downsized compared to photographs from his 30s. Even then, some bodybuilding fans had a hard time believing he was natural in the stills.
Bodybuilding fans find inspiration in Doucette’s photographs
One bodybuilding enthusiast didn’t believe Doucette. “How many grams per week and IUs/daily here?” the fan asked confidently. However, most fans didn’t agree that Greg Doucette was indeed natural in those photographs. “Genetics plays a big role, keep inspiring and pushing the natural movement,” commented one natural bodybuilding enthusiast. “Natty, but Greg you have top-tier genetics bodybuilding and strength-wise,” commented another fan.

The sad thing is most people don’t believe this is possible naturally! People have no idea the quality of genetics out there,” wrote one fan in Doucette’s defense.
