The 50-year-old Australian bodybuilder is active on social media with 456K followers on Instagram. He often shares tips and tricks for bodybuilding with his fans online. Recently, he posted a video on his Instagram page where he opened up about free weights and machines for training.

Lee Priest was in bodybuilding for over three decades and sported a physique that left the fans stunned. Priest shared the secret behind his ripped physique and emphasized the benefits of lifting free weights. “Get the dumbbells back. It takes a little while to get back into the groove of free weights.”

Further opening up about his training routine, he said, “You know what I always try to do? At least three free weight movements, and then at least two machines at the end.” He opined that it is good to have a combined routine of free weights and machines while training for a shredded physique.
