In the YouTube video, the Mr. Olympia winner spoke about his leg day and also narrated how he met with Ramon Dino in Brazil and they had a friendly conversation. Bumstead said, “My legs are f***ing toast right now, for some reason my traps hurt like a biatch as well, this last week I was in Brazil for like six days.”

He explained the conversation about their eating habits while they were on a break. He said, “I was just telling him I also took two months off training as well and it’s hilarious, he was saying he can’t eat too much and he needs to relax cuz he gets too big and he is not gonna fu*** and he is going to be an open bodybuilder.”

He also explained, “The guy took two months off and grew since the Olympia which is like he’s huge massive. I took two months off and just shrank and lost all my fu** strength.” So Bumstead was stunned by his prowess. His hilarious banter does not end here with his rival though.
