She educates her 135K Instagram followers about fitness and also shows the transformation process that Collins went through for 8 years.

In her recent?Instagram?post, she became more candid about her transformation process and walked her fans through the hard perseverance she needed.

Collins shared her fitness journey with her Instagram family through a long post that also had four pictures of her, starting from 36 years old to 44 years old. Shannon wrote about how she changed her body over the years and the story inspired many of her fans.

She wrote in the caption about her present experience and said, “I can?t tell you how many times I?ve been asked by strangers at the gym about my cardio routine, and if I eat low carb? I guess that is the assumption of what is required to be in shape. Neither of which I do.?

Shannon also advised about the strength of the body and said, “Strong bodies with muscle come from fuelling your body and lifting weights – not sweating it out and restriction. It took me being injured and not being able to do a lot of things to realize that your diet dictates all.?

Collins finally spoke about how cardio is not only used for losing fat and said, “And there are other ways to expend energy to lose fat that doesn?t involve intense activity (that I hate). Do your cardio for your heart and mind not your only means to losing fat or certainly not to build muscle.” Just like Shannon, Stefani Graham, who is also 44, changed her life when she lost 100 lbs.

The CrossFit pro shared?an encouraging transformation story?on her social media and the fans were shocked. From not being capable of sticking to a diet and building a massive physique, there are a lot of things she went through.

The official account of CrossFit posted her story, ?From 220 at 20, to the @CrossFitGames at 40??, she wrote in her caption. Graham also wrote, ?How to navigate nutrition and get out of the diet mentality. Food is fuel, and protein is king. Weightlifting is so important. Being strong is fun, and cardio has its place. Prioritize sleep and recovery.?
