Liver King proposes sunbath without inhibitions

Sunlight has been associated with positive and negative health outcomes, leaving the Gen Z in a fix. While many believe UV radiation in sunlight causes skin cancer, it is also proven that it is needed for Vitamin D. However, getting under the sun in moderation is a tricky task for many. But don’t worry, as the Liver King offers his sunbathing routine to his followers. According to the influencer, he does a 30-minute session at sunrise, mid-day and sunset.

“Red skin happens when you absorb too much excellence from the sun. So why stop “where the sun doesn’t shine”?!” he wrote in his post while bathing himself in the sunshine. The Liver King also listed out the benefits of doing this, including correcting the circadian rhythm, hormone optimization, heart health, and getting jacked and tanned. However, the social media icon very well understands the fear of his followers and busted their thoughts on a skin cancer scare as well.
